How to Upgrade
- Go to
Dashboard → Billing - Click Upgrade to Pro
- You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout
- Enter payment details and confirm
- You'll return to the dashboard with Pro features unlocked
Onboarding wizard after upgrade
Right after upgrading, you'll see the Pro onboarding wizard that walks you through configuring your trust request pricing tiers, previewing your public request form, and sharing the link. It takes about 3 minutes.
Managing Your Subscription
Everything about billing — payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation — is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal. Click Manage Subscription in the billing page to access it.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the Customer Portal. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, Trust Requests and MCP integration are disabled, but your profile stays verified and your free-tier features continue working.
Refunds
UnaFonte doesn't offer prorated refunds on Pro subscriptions, but your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Contact
